Exchange Policy

 

We offer an exchange policy for product that is unused/ unwashed/ unaltered and with original tags and invoice, within 15 from the date of delivery. You may exchange for a different size or style or product. Product must be delivered at the buyer’s expense to the seller’s warehouse/office in original and unused condition. Where products are returned in damaged or substandard condition to the seller, additional fees may be charged. Freight charges are not included in any refund.

 

Please do check the product descriptions mentioned on the website before placing your order. Actual colour of product may vary compared to what you see on your electronic screen due to individual screen colour/ resolution settings.

Steps for raising an exchange request,

Refund Policy

 

We offer a 100% money back guarantee for products that are received in undamaged condition. Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are refunded within 10-15 days after we receive and process your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

For Personalised Products

Due to the personalized nature of products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you but rest assured we are making all possible efforts to fulfil your order at the earliest we can.

Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of the majority of the products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on [your email] and we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.

In the case of a credit card refund due to order cancellation, please allow 10-15 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you with a transaction id, after which you can follow up with your bank if you would like to have the refund expedited.

Return Exceptions
